🇩🇪 Sunday, 4th – Sunday, 11th October 2026, 7-day Mahamudra and Yoga Retreat at Karunahaus, Switzerland.
Tilmann Lhündrup and Evelyn Hunger will teach this retreat together (only in German, no Zoom) with Mäggi. Tilmann’s explanations and meditation instructions in the Mahamudra style are complemented by Evelyn’s inspirations from Kashmiri Mahamudra and woven into the asana and pranayama practice by both yoga teachers.
The course is donation-based; registration and payment for accommodation and meals are handled directly by Karunahaus.
The “Grüner Baum” is a non-profit project and finances itself – in the spirit of the ancient Buddhist tradition – purely through donations and volunteer work. The retreat house serves solely the practice and transmission of the Buddhist tradition and does not serve any commercial interests.
