On the island of Evia (Euboea): WITHOUT ZOOM, in English with Greek consecutive translation.
Instructions and guided meditations based on the exercises of the 9th Karmapa in “Mahamudra – Ocean of True Meaning.” The path of meditation is taught in many small steps and exercises. Silent in the morning, exchange in the afternoon. First part of a 10-year cycle.
