Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass viele buddhistische Praktizierende auch nach etlichen Jahren der \u00dcbung noch mit Blockierungen, hartn\u00e4ckigen Mustern und blinden Flecken zu tun haben. Hier haben sich psychotherapeutische Verfahren als sehr hilfreich erwiesen. Andererseits beinhalten zentrale buddhistische Konzepte auch psychotherapeutische Aspekte, die, wenn sie uns bewusst geworden, f\u00fcr die Arbeit an uns selbst noch tiefer ausgesch\u00f6pft werden k\u00f6nnen.
