Die Meditation ist eine Anwendung dieser Sicht, bei der es darum geht, in jedem Moment die Grundnatur zu erkennen, ohne zus\u00e4tzlich etwas zu korrigieren. Handlung im Mahamudra-Kontext ist eine nat\u00fcrliche Ausdrucksform des Mitgef\u00fchls und der Weisheit, die aus tiefer Einsicht und Offenheit entsteht. Es wird betont, dass wahres Handeln nicht aus dem Ich entspringt, sondern aus dem Verst\u00e4ndnis der tiefen Verbundenheit aller Wesen. Solch ein Handeln ist nicht auf ein Ergebnis ausgerichtet, sondern offenbart sich spontan aus dem Vertrauen in die Buddhanatur.
