Eigentlich nicht religi\u00f6s, kein Gott, keine Instanz au\u00dferhalb. Die religi\u00f6sen Elemente sind erst sp\u00e4ter zum Buddhismus hinzugekommen, weil man strukturieren, glauben und sich ausrichten wollte. Auch keine Philosophie, kein Denkgeb\u00e4ude, das aus tiefem Nachdenken \u00fcber die Wirklichkeit entsteht, mit vielen Annahmen. Der Buddhismus ist ganz auf Beobachtung und Erfahrung der Menschen selber gebaut. Ein Weg zu inneren Qualit\u00e4ten, freiwerden von Mustern und st\u00f6renden Gef\u00fchlen, um authentische liebevolle Menschen mit tiefem Seinsverst\u00e4ndnis werden zu k\u00f6nnen. Ein Weg der Erkenntnis des tiefen Verstehens der Seinserkenntnis, die befreit.
