J Meditation richtig verstanden f\u00fchrt zu Geistesruhe, das macht gl\u00fccklich. Wenn sie obendrein auch zur Einsicht f\u00fchrt, zur inneren Befreiung, man kann besser mit Schwierigkeiten umgehen.\nAber heutzutage wird Vieles unter Meditation verstanden, reine Achtsamkeitsmeditationen (macht auch schon weniger Stress, sch\u00e4rft unsere Pr\u00e4senz und Blick), Tiefenentspannung oder autogenes Training, das hat kaum den Einsichtsfaktor, f\u00fchrt aber durch Entspannung zu erh\u00f6hter Lebensqualit\u00e4t, auch eine Form von Gl\u00fcck.\nMeditation, die wirklich gl\u00fccklich macht, unabh\u00e4ngig von \u00e4u\u00dferen Faktoren, muss sehr stabil sein. Man \u00fcbt: innere Schulung, unabgelenkt konzentriert sein, den Geist ganz offen machen, um an nichts mehr zu kleben. Sp\u00e4ter schaut man ins eigene Erleben, wer meditiert da eigentlich? Man kommt dann in Bereiche, wo man nicht mehr meditiert, sondern einfach ist, das Ich-Gef\u00fchl wird immer weniger. Angestrengtes Meditieren mit einem Wollen beinhaltet Abneigung. Wirkliche Meditation f\u00fchrt zur Annahme von allem Erleben, ohne Davonlaufen, zu Entspannung im Erleben. Dann macht Meditation gl\u00fccklicher, aber vor allem belastbarer in schwierigen Situationen wie Stress, Krankheit, Tod. Da zeigt sich, ob man gelernt hat zu entspannen. Das ist der Weg zum Erwachen.
