We practice meditation in the style of Mah\u0101mudr\u0101<\/b> in order to find a continuous, flowing presence. In his guided meditations and teachings, Tilmann will draw on passages from \u201cMoonbeams of Mah\u0101mudr\u0101<\/b>\u201d by Dhagpo Tashi Namgyal. There will be time for questions in the group every day.<\/p>\n
In terms of content, Tilmann will continue to follow Dhagpo Tashi Namgyal's text; we will begin with Chapter 3. He will not teach the text again, but will transform the essential instructions into guided meditations and give teachings in which he will elaborate on the key points of the Mah\u0101mudr\u0101 approach.<\/p>\n

It is recommended that you have already studied the first, second, and third chapters of Moonbeams, as this retreat will focus almost exclusively on the practical application of the teachings in these chapters.<\/p>\n Tilmann will endeavor to edit Judith Debbeler's German translation<\/b> of the third chapter<\/b> before the retreat and make it available at the beginning of the teachings.<\/p>\n The course will take place online.
