Mon Feb 12 to Sat March 23 (departure on the 24th), NO ZOOM, in German only.
Full-day individual practice, supervised by Lhündrup, who is personally present for 2-3 days at the beginning, middle and end.
For serious practitioners who wish to deepen their meditation in an ideal setting. Prerequisite is an independent daily practice of 1-2 hours and experience with meditation retreats. Participation is possible for 6 weeks or 3 weeks. The “Grüner Baum” is a non-profit project and finances itself – in the spirit of the ancient Buddhist tradition – purely through donations and volunteer work. The retreat house serves solely the practice and transmission of the Buddhist tradition and does not serve any commercial interests.
